GDE created the exciting HERSHEY’s Great Chocolate Factory Mystery, featuring groundbreaking technology and a unique real-time experience with over 100 possible outcomes, as the audience determines the direction of the story through live participation.
Ty Granaroli co-wrote the show and is the president of the operating company for the 4D Theater at the Georgia Aquarium, in Atlanta, Georgia. The theater has operated since 2005, generating over $18mm in revenue.
Ty Granaroli was the Creative Director, Writer and Director for these Star Trek themed attractions, a $70mm Star Trek attraction featuring a simulator ride, a 4D theater, the largest Star Trek themed store in the world, and a museum and dining components.
Ty Granaroli served as Creative Director and Writer for The Hettema Group on Harrah’s The High Roller, developing the concept for the world’s largest observation wheel. Granaroli led the creative work through Schematic and Design Development phases.
GDE serves as a Project Director, Creative Director, Producer, Writer and Media Producer on this Star Trek themed attraction for the Middle East. GDE conceptualized the concept and has led the project through Schematic Design. Current plan involved leading the project through Design Development.
Select Theme Park Projects
GDE is the acting Senior Producer and Show Director for the project, providing leadership for creative development of the rides, shows and attractions. Additionally, GDE assembled and manages a world-class team of writers, directors and producers to script, storyboard and pre-visualize every major show in the park.
Ty Granaroli provided creative direction through concept, concept refinement and detailed show design. Role included creative direction for all entertainment, rides and attractions within the park, including new concepts for Spider-Man, Silver Surfer and Iron Man.
